YK MOVE Challenge – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only.
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
YOUKNOW ambassadors, contractors, and employees are welcome to participate in the challenge but are excluded from prize eligibility.
YOUKNOW reserves the right to adjust the makeup of the prize(s) at its sole discretion.

2. How to Enter

To be eligible for the prize, participants must:

Download the YOUKNOW App.
Sign up for the YK MOVE Challenge by 11:59pm NZST, 30 June 2025.
Select a weekly movement goal during sign-up.
Log their movement daily in the app from 1 July – 31 July 2025.
Meet their selected weekly movement goal for all 4 weeks of the challenge.

3. Movement Requirements

Movement includes any physical activity (e.g., walking, running, lifting, dancing, yoga).
All activity must be logged through the app’s daily check-in feature.
No backdating of entries is allowed. Only movement logged on the correct day will count.
Weekly goals cannot be changed after registration.
Missing a weekly goal disqualifies the participant from prize eligibility.

4. Prize Structure

The challenge is a participation-based fitness movement initiative open to both NZ and AU residents. Any prize(s) awarded will not exceed $10,000 NZD in cash or equivalent value.

Prizes may vary depending on the winner's location and local regulations.
Cash prizes are only available to New Zealand residents.
Australian winners may receive an equivalent value in YK MOVE garments, issued via curated prize pack(s) or custom product credit.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for other goods or services.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
YOUKNOW reserves the right to determine the prize distribution and format, and to substitute prizes where necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Verification

After the challenge ends, all eligible participants who successfully met their goal for all 4 weeks will be reviewed.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from this verified pool.
The winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 5 business days.
The selected winner must provide:
- Proof of movement activity, such as fitness app logs, time-stamped screenshots, or other verifiable evidence.
- Government-issued ID confirming their name and NZ/AU residency.
If verification fails or eligibility requirements are not met, another winner will be selected.

6. Content & Community

Participants are encouraged to share their journey using #MakeYourMove, but social content is not required and does not affect prize eligibility.
By participating, you grant YOUKNOW permission to use your name, challenge activity, and any content shared for promotional purposes.

7. Data & Privacy

Movement data will be stored securely for 12 months.
Contact and registration data will be handled in accordance with the YOUKNOW App Privacy Policy.
Participants will be added to YOUKNOW’s marketing database and can opt out at any time.

8. General Terms

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
YOUKNOW reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the challenge or violating the rules.
YOUKNOW may modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time for any reason.
All decisions made by YOUKNOW regarding the challenge are final and binding.
